by Rossco 9 months agoNew pb for me at last. Awesome 60 hour sesh at a lake ive only fished onec before. Its a very private lake an its realy hard. My pb before was 19.2lb. 1st one of my rods went an saw me land a 21.4lb mirror, in the dark in pooring rain by myself but we love it. Next morning my mate arivved for a 24hour so we got some pics which was lucky. Then around brew at 5 time the same rod went an i landed a 26.5lb mirror. Couldnt be happier. Great days :) an my brew was still warm

Rossco Yeah thats the one. The owner as of wendnesday if movin fish between lakes an havin a sort round so wunt advise it for a week or 2. Its realy nice but hard work. The owners great, nice man. Theres 2 lakes, one has allsorts in it but mainly carp to 24lb an the other lake has 50 carp from 18-38lb with a few 5-8lb but not many. Im on that lake as we speak :)1 day ago

Rossco if a lake of 3 acres in size is 50/50 frozen over where wud u imagin the fish wud be? Do you think they wud move to where theres no ice where it wud be warmer or sit under it in there regular hide out ?8 days ago

Team AP BKP: In my fishing i have always found when breaking a patch of ice that is were i have caught normally because this is the only place i can fish on a frozen lake so in your case rossco your laughing on a 3acre lake you have a swim sized spot of 1.5acre to fish depending on the lake itself but its upto you to get the fish feeding as there will not be much movement in this weather either way, so tip ofthe night get some sexy hookbaits out there only a couple fish over it with a snowman of your chosen bait as you know what works, use washed out bait :) BKP p.s. keep me updated Team AP: Via Ben Keseru Phillips
