My first sit down carp fishing session on Flint Pond in Worcester, Massachusetts. I have scouted the pond in the past, seeing where fish were hanging around, getting a feel for the pond etc. I took a very simple approach and kept things easy going and fed up a few days in advance as well to increase my success. It is a large lake connected to an even larger lake and I knew it would be tough going, however the system holds mirror carp and common carp into the 40's and maybe even bigger so it is worth the effort. The session did not go quite as I had hoped but it was a good day over all and I did not catch carp.
